Up until yesterday, I can brag that I weigh the same now as I did the day I got married, 21 years ago.
Yesterday when I stepped on the scale at the doctor’s office, I saw I gained 4 pounds.
OK, you look at me and you think I could use another 4 pounds. But it is not the weight, but the distribution of where those pounds go that I don’t like. They don’t go where I want them to go!
