Have you ever played 20 questions on http://www.20q.net?
“Think of something and 20Q will read your mind by asking a few simple questions.”
It’s freaky! They really can read your mind!
There must be a little guy in there who is listening to us when Amy and I are talking. So we whispered the object to each other.
They still guessed it right…
I wish I was a smart engineer to program something like that.
(Laurie: There is a Think In British option for you.)

They have little toys like that at Target. They ask yes-or-no Qs and then guess what it is you’ve mentally chosen. Tony and I did it once; we thought we would outsmart the gadget by thinking about naked mole rats. But it got it in 20 questions and totally freaked us out…

Yes, naked mole rats…
But, this online one didn’t guess what I chose.

On the British page, I chose the one called Doctor Who. This is a very popular UK family science fiction drama series. I have been watching this programme since I was small so I reckoned that I could catch it out. Before I started, I told my son Ashley the name of the character (Sontaran). However, the website got my answer just in time on question 19.

I’m telling you, there’s a little man in the computer that hears us talking…
