{"id":2167,"date":"2013-07-16T22:06:53","date_gmt":"2013-07-17T06:06:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.katylee.com\/blog\/?p=2167"},"modified":"2013-07-16T22:06:53","modified_gmt":"2013-07-17T06:06:53","slug":"day-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/katylee.com\/blog\/2013\/07\/16\/day-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Day 7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>July 2, 2013 Tuesday &#8211; Park City, UT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grabbed a quick [heavy] breakfast (delicious quiche, egg croissant sandwich, and bagel sandwich, and splurged on a lemon cookie just to see what tastes like) at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paradisebakery.com\/store_indiv.php?stid=41\" target=\"_blank\">Paradise Bakery <\/a>in Salt Lake City. Given the heat, I don&#8217;t like to waste the morning hours, so we take our breakfast to-go and ate it in the car during the 45 minutes drive to Park City, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics.<\/p>\n<p>Thoughts on Park City, UT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Would love to live there if I can afford it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Olympics museum is worth going. Got to hold a real <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 13px\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Curling\" target=\"_blank\">curling stone<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Saw about 10 different states of license plates in the museum parking lot, more than we&#8217;ve ever seen congregated in one place.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We had passed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noodles.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Noodles &amp; Co <\/a>on several occasions and decided to give it a try for dinner.\u00a0I like the concept, but the food could be better &#8211; 2.5 stars.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 2, 2013 Tuesday &#8211; Park City, UT Grabbed a quick [heavy] breakfast (delicious quiche, egg croissant sandwich, and bagel sandwich, and splurged on a lemon cookie just to see what tastes like) at Paradise Bakery in Salt Lake City.
