A few highlights:<\/p>\n<p>p.71-76 The incident of servanthood<\/p>\n<p>Chapter 5 Short terms with a long term view<\/p>\n<p>p.150 Don&#8217;t make the focus of your trip eliminating or managing risk. What a boring trip. Don&#8217;t make it to focus when you return either.
