I will be presenting my strategies tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s all good on paper. And even if all our plans come to fruition, it&#8217;s not going to be any changes in the church that you can see. It&#8217;ll be something you can feel. Everyone will be on mission to make disciples of Jesus. But one thing should be evident &#8211; we should see more people coming to know Jesus and grow deeper in their faith in Him.<\/p>\n<p>I love my job because our pastoral team are all on the same page.
