Instead of reading my emails, I read the Bible. I turned to God instead of emailing a friend for advice. I looked up at the sky, listened to the birds, and placed my focus on God rather than on the monitor.<\/p>\n<p>I felt a sense of freedom and freshness for 3 1\/2 hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, I turned off the computer from 11:30-3:00, as a spiritual discipline.
