It was rather an exciting afternoon moving Audrey into her dorm at UCLA 2 weeks ago.<\/p>\n

Audrey’s move-in time was Saturday from 4-5pm. It was bumper to bumper traffic to get into her dorm area. The streets were blocked off into one-way streets which meant we had to take a detour, go all the way around in a circle to get to the parking lot that was right off the main road. In fact, we missed a turn, and had to go around half way again!<\/p>\n

Audrey’s room has a nice open view, as seen in this picture taken out of her window on the 7th floor.<\/p>\n

There was a lot of excitement on campus – music, snacks, friends meeting up, roommates getting acquainted, etc. The atmosphere of the campus and the college town around it is a young adult’s paradise.<\/p>\n

Would I want to relive my youth and go through college again?<\/p>\n

No way!<\/p>\n

I am happy where I am, wrinkles, knee problems, and all \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

So after being at school for 2 weeks, Audrey is coming home tomorrow for the weekend! I’ve missed her.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
