Yesterday was Amy’s first day at Suzanne Middle School. She was all ready to go – new backpack and her schedule of classes. Oh, I do wish I can turn back the time, just for a few moments, to carry my children in my arms just one more time…

Audrey passed her driving test on Friday! She can now officially drive on her own. Yesterday she drove to the library by herself. Today she drove to Sav-On.
A taste of Freedom!
Another life stage for me…
I forgot to post about this. It happened about a month ago. Today I was reminded of it an unexpected way.
Here’s the long of it.
One evening a month ago, Elliot says: My gas tank is empty. I should go get gas for my car tonight so I have enough gas to get to work tomorrow.
I started to teach the book of Luke in Sunday School yesterday.
My reasons for choosing to teach Luke are:
1. To get reacquainted with Jesus so as to live more like him.
2. The book of Luke seems to be less read than the other gospels.

You learn a lot from Stanley, or rather from Dennis. Today Stanley learned that “just…

Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. You can never be pregnant.
You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park.
