Is it ok for a Christian to celebrate Halloween?
Some people can certainly go too far on Halloween by glorifying the things of the occult. Even seemingly children’s games that involve witches, casting spells, etc. are inappropriate in my opinion. I do not go to Halloween “parties” because they will always involve some type of…
VeggieTales is the creator of Snoodles. Snoodles are small teardrop-shaped creatures with wings – very cute. In today’s episode (NBC 9:00am PST) a small Snoodle meets the one who created the Snoodles. In their conversation, a great truth was clearly presented in rhyme:

First it’s my knee problem. Now it’s a cholesterol problem.
My blood tests showed my cholesterol at 237. Yes, that’s high. My HDL good cholesterol is 55 – that’s good, and my LDL bad cholesterol is 151 – that’s not so good.

I love my kids!

The worst offender of the big three networks was CBS – fully 80% of its reporting on the economy was negative.

In our little suburban town of 30,000 people, the annual Walnut Family Festival held last Saturday is one of the highlights of the year. The local Boy Scout and Girl Scout troups, Little League and soccer teams, City Council members riding in vintage automobiles, local businesses, the water department, and a “clean” trash truck from the waste disposal company were some of the participants featured in the parade.
