Some people who are against capital punishment use this argument:
“People are created by God, so we should not kill them, even if they are hard criminals. After all, they are made in the image of God.”
Did you know that the Bible uses this same reasoning for capital punishment?
My son moved into an off-campus living arrangement last night, entering his junior year in college.
“Did you pack your school supplies? Your ID and keys? Shampoo and soap? Contact lens solution? Toothpaste?”
The car was loaded down with boxes full of college-student necessities, from toilet bowl cleaner (I hope he will actually use it) to bean bag chair.
While shopping online on Craigslist.com for a used car for my son, I can across this ad:

My son Elliot took my van to meet a friend.
He came back with the full tank of gas (it was near empty) and new windshield wipers – installed.

Huckabee is a good guy, not any worst than other candidates, and better than most. If he is the win-able candidate for the Republicans, I will support him.
I like his policy of establishing the Fair Tax. It would be tremendous if America can finally institute a “Fair” taxing system. Chuck Norris supports him, that’s enough for me :)

I just learned that it is acceptable, and in fact encouraged, to take a present that was given to you, but don’t want and give it to someone else as a gift. There is actually a term for that now – regifting.
